Delays & Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
